Duties and responsibilities:
• Following up with Rayan Municipality regarding the layout area approval
• Coordinate with contractor PRO for speed up issuing excavation permit form municipality in order
to finalize RO permit
• Aware the public and the citizens within project C 821/2 boundary and explain to them a
brief about the project works by providing for each house or street within project zones a
sticker notice to be clear for anyone to know about the ongoing works which would be
mentioned on the sticker itself in addition to there will be a contact number for the PRO for
any inquiry or complain.
• In case if there are any interfaces or clashes with other contractors or consultant within C
821/2 project, clearly would arrange meeting them to avoid any delay of the project
schedule.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders’ offices in Qatar such as MME, PEO, Kahramaa, Ashghal O&
M Dept. and MOI etc. with the contractor PRO according to SRE and client instructions.
• Coordinate with Traffic Dept. and contractor traffic engineer to avoid any impact or clashes
with other contractor within project boundary.
• Prepare log tracker for traffic diversion plans and analyzation for it, in order to report to SRE
and the client.

* Preparing material requisitions and processing related invoices
* Expenditure tracking
* Petty cash handling
* Computer data entry
* General administrative duties
* Supervising clerk and administrative staffs
* Working on heavy vehicles, site visits and project handling
* Following up with suppliers on production
* Handling and organizing shipping and deliveries
* Preparing reports, memos and handling all external correspondence
* Preparing quotes and sending official requests
* Arranging meetings for the company and updating and presenting the details of the meeting.
* Preparing project reports
* Redeem all the work of the General Administration of Borders Passports and Expatriates Affairs
and forth of visas and residency to all employees of the company.
* Follow-up medical examination and the subsequent actions of fingerprint.
* Rid of labor contracts and documentation from the Ministry of Labor.
* Clearance work necessary entry permits to enter the workplace company by Lekhwiya.
* Ridding government transactions within the ministries and government departments.
* Clearance works tenders posed by the government side trade.
