The project includes Sea reclamation and infrastructure works from all types "Roads, Waste water, Electrical stations ..etc", High rise buildings, Residential & Commercial Complexes, Port & Marine constructions, Education Buildings and Industrial area
Responsibilities & Duties include:
• Report directly to the Planning & Claims Director.
• Construction and infrastructure Planning & claims management, claims review and preparation, contract analysis, cost analysis, documentation review, defense, dispute strategic, and technical support to legal team for all dispute resolution forums.
• Time/cost and disruption entitlement analysis.
• Risk management assessment and analysis.
• Identification and analysis of both design and construction problems, defects, discrepancies and their cause/effect on time and/or cost impacts.
• Direct and indirect damages assessments.
• Change Order management and contract administration procedures and best practices.
• Management of CPM schedule analysis for delay and disruption impacts for whole the project.
• Strategy and management review, analysis and support to mediation, arbitration and litigation proceedings.
• Management of construction project control procedures, acquisition for projects, and the organization, analysis, and reporting of project cost, schedule, procurement, and resource utilization information.
I have dealt with differnet consultanting firms such as " Hill International, Turner, Parsons, Halcrow, etc" as well as many contractors " Van Oord, Archirodon, Arabtec, Wade Adams, etc" and the stakeholders for successful completion of the Project
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Report to Projects Manager and General Manager.
• Develop, establish, and maintain the planning/ schedule programmes (including task activities, cash flow, manpower histogram, project control documents)
• Generate planning & schedule deliverables and tracking of actual work against schedules and performance variance analysis studies.
• Supervise the planning team and follow up the updating Weekly / Monthly reports.
• Plan staffing needs for assigned projects and conduct personnel performance reviews and career counseling. Make recommendations for employment decisions.
• Provide guidance, direction, and specializes assistance for the resolution of difficulties and complex project problems interfaces with Clients / Consultants.
• Attend regular meetings and provide statistical reports.
• Mange and participate in assertive and prime contracts activities
• Identify areas of risk and opportunity of risk due to ambiguities, omissions, and conflicts in contents of documents relative to contract
• Identify contractual problems and act appropriately to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Follow up on problems demanding top management attention to ensure a timely response to the other departments.
