Responsibilities :

Continuously Develop IT /IS technology strategy to clearly address current and future business requirements through communication channels with senior management, business units and ICT steering Committee.
Responsible for leading the core delivery projects in the strategy, design, selection and implementation. Oversaw large, complex and transformational integration across the Organization.
Develop and ensure compliance against Policies, Standards, Procedures, SLA’s and industry best practices like ISO 27001, ISACA and ITILF.
ICT environment Transformation to efficient and cost-effective Hybrid Cloud Computing Infrastructure and Information Security Bassline Standards, that had dramatically improved operations and availability.
Periodical Risk Assessment and mitigation methods to assure the effectiveness and efficiency of the security controls, the security architecture design, compliance to IT security policies, standards and baselines.
Develop and Maintain regularly ICT BCP, DRP and led the designate team to Conduct Periodical drills.
Security incident management and response process in term of detection, contamination, post incident assessments may lead forensic analysis exercises in case needed and incident closure.
Research and implement information security products and services to enhance the protection from cyber security or internal Threats for the infrastructure and application.
Prepare and response to External/Internal Audit and Security Assessment yearly requirements.
Vulnerabilities Assessment and penetration testing of published applications and services, server build platforms, databases, network topologies, virtualization technologies and workstations.
Led establishment of wide range of effective Services Management along each stage of projects lifecycle : Incident , Problem, Change, Knowledgebase, projects, SLA, Services catalog, Asset, CMDB, Purchase & Contract .
Development and integration of ERP applications and Enterprise content management.
Monitor the Performance of ICT Overall Operation and during the IT/IS projects life cycle.
Documenting all details ICT Environment and regularly updating them.
Conduct Class room training and IS Awareness to keep under review the developmental needs of staff.

Design a secure WAN’s Network for 180 + corporate end users and 40+ retail locations linked to the Head Office for data synchronization of the RMS (Restaurants Management application).
Performs architecture Risk assessment for information security, IT infrastructure, application, IT to ensure adherence to standards, information risk management policies.
Migrated from Legacy ERP to PIMS ERP (Accounts, Stock Control, Fixed Costs, POS and HR/Payroll with Profiles-Software
Managed technical team members to provide End-user support for the head office and retail outlets of 180+ total users.
Ensured redundancy and load balance for the crucial business and network core applications.
Ensured Data Availability onsite and offsite Backup.

Led a ICT Team to provide effective ICT environment to support for 1200+ users across 38 Subsidiaries Companies across GCC
Built, managed and maintained all infrastructure systems including, Storage, Servers, Database, Business Applications, Structured Cabling, Hardware Management and Systems Monitoring.
ERP system implementation project, integrating business units, automating processes managed knowledge and improving reports procedures across Finance, Stock, Payroll, HRM, PM, Cost Control using Great Plains (MS dynamics).
Implemented highly redundant solution to assure high availability of the Business-critical services.
Migrated from manual data archive and workflow to centralized automated process.
