o Responsible for material submittal approval and representing the owner when a mechanical issue arises.

o Coordinator and supervisor of the mechanical executions in Mehleya Girls Campus, a project of 290, 000, 000 SR in its first phase
Supervise Mechanical site works in the construction project of Faculty of computer Science Jazan university
• Revise calculation sheets, approve work shop drawings, test and receive
electro-mechanical & utilities installations like elevators, fire system, air conditioning
system and plumbing in the project of construction of an administrative building
for the ministry of social affairs in Saudi Arabia in Al Madeenah Al Monawara.
• Test and receive site mechanical erections including Elevators, plumbing, fire
system and air conditioning system for social observation house (which is a complex of 16000 m2 and 8000 m2 building area including mainly preparatory and secondary school dormitories, offices, GYM, playgrounds, Kitchen, Food areas and medical clinic) in Al MadeenahAl Monawara .
• Revise with local Civil Defense fire safety drawings for the administrative building
• Make occasional visits to Hayel, Gizan and Tabuke districts to receive site mechanical works from subcontractors when the responsible engineer is in vacations.

Coordinate with automation subcontractors and special suppliers
Scope 2: Related to R&D and certifications.
Coordinate with AMCA international as the engineering contact of the company
o To Manage AMCA Certified rating program for Hammam's ADT fan .
o To manipulate test results with a computer code to develop unknown (untested) sound and air performance points to enlarge the useful certified performance points with minimum test points.
o Participate in AMCA work group to revision the draft of Fan efficiency standard AMCA 205.

2007
Projects served :
• de-dusting system for Addas Factory
o Adding ATEX solutions to a duct system
• GM paint House project:
o Subcontracting Air Make Up units AMUs (large fan units with spray nozzles humidifiers and Maxon burners, three filtration stages and sound attenuators to condition the air according to the painting process requirements, in addition to psychometric work. I equipped these units with water pump system, level switches (vibrating fork type) for the Italian Main Contractor GEICO .
• Burg El Arab Airport
o Automating by software code writing the calculation of duct sound attenuation and required silencers Octave band performance for a national project ( given fan acoustical performance and duct system Runs, I automated the procedures described in SMACNA HVAC design hand book.
• Becoming Hammam industries designated contact in AMCA international's records for Engineering and Certified Ratings Program Laboratory Test.
• Selecting cooling Towers, evaporative coolers and dust collectors from the products of the companies we are representing in Egypt
2005-2006
Projects engineer (actually I was reporting to the president directly):
Many projects served I would choose to mention the project of installing exhaust fans fire rated connected to fire alarm safety system to divert the supply ducts into fume exhaust system in case of fire.
My every day duties included:
• Regulating the sites execution to be coherent to the relevant standards and codes.
• Scheduling the works with Microsoft project after site survey.
• Revise material lists.
• Formulated duct design calculation spread sheets for fans operating point adjusting and system commissioning.
• Drew AutoCAD as built drawings at lake of draftsmen.
2004
Site engineer.
The pioneer project of these days was installing two de-dusting systems in the factory of Al Ahram for metal casting.
• That was a great chance to read Carrier handbook and HVAC control chapters from ASHRAE volumes.
• To practice heat load calculation for some projects, like private luxury Villas.
• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2001 from Arab academy for science and technology and maritime transportation. HVAC&R division MY Grad was Very Good.GPA:3.14 • Up to preparatory stage in repute French schools .then in repute Arabic public schools.
