o Acting as the focal point between Mobinil & Authorized agent
o Continuously monitoring the performance of the AA
o Ensuring the implementation of the overall sales & and support strategies of the AA
o Selling with & supporting the AA and end user accounts, directing them towards their roles & responsibilities & reviewing the achievement and quality of their work
o Handling with care all of the customers’ complaints / objections in addition to pre and after sale services
o Coordinating with the Technology and Marketing departments in the definition of specific proposals
o Regularly evaluating the Performance of the existing Authorized Agents in a Quarterly Business Review.
o Ensure profitability on commercial offers presented to effectively ensure MobiNil’s and end customer's profitability
o Interview and select direct reports and validate hiring decisions for the assigned authorized agent.
o Promote sales and achieving targets
o Communicate with clients, handling clients objections and customer care
o Maintain good relation with bank staff and make a good communication with
them to keep the business running smoothly
o Responsible for polices, collection and bank deposit
