Business & Financial Perspective:
• Plans, directs and executes the sales strategy and tasks to focus on strategic priorities
• Responsible for achieving and exceeding the monthly and annual sales targets from rental sales as per business plan
• Forecasting:
o Estimates customer demand, and determine the types and specifications of vehicles and ensure the availability of desired vehicle in fleet
• Marketing & Sales:
o Liaises with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business
o Generates sales targets by securing new rental contracts to achieve departmental sales objective as planned
o Manages and supervises all sales efforts and monitor existing contracts to ensure that all contract terms and conditions are met in due time
o Manages all operational activities such as vehicle pricing, tender/quotations preparation and submission, negotiation with customers and attending business meetings
o Supervises and directs staff on preparing different quotations or contracts by overseeing the customer’s and company’s interest
o Plans and oversees sales activities and marketing campaigns to ensure the targeted revenue income and fleet will be achieved

• Management Reports and Documentation:
o Reviews Fleet inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments
o Prepares and analyzes all periodical reports and reports the results to his director with suggestions for improvement
o Performs necessary documentation and record keeping for all contractual documents and other legal documents related to rental contracts
o Maintains proper records and documentation for all spot rental fleet especially those involving opened/closed rental agreements, temporary and permanent cash receipts, invoices, etc.
• Supervision:
Implements and ensures adherence to the following -
o Company credit policy pertaining to new and existing clients
o Pre-approved tariff rates and any discounts given, have to be properly authorized by management
o Details of movement of fleet for rent or transfer from one location to another, have to be captured in CarPro
o Periodic checks of mileage and condition of vehicles, and entry of data have to be recorded on CarPro upon every movement of vehicles
o Vehicles must have valid registration and insurance
o Pre-set preventative maintenance system for spot rental fleet
o Conducts inspections of all branches to ensure that company SOP and policies are followed, and proper documentation of fleets that are either on rent / in service or parked in front of the branches
• Invoicing oriented:
o Ensures issuance of invoices either before or upon expiry of rental agreement and return of rented vehicles, along with the necessary documentations guaranteeing payments on timely basis
o Approves the submitted invoices to send to clients and monitors Branch Controllers, Rental Sales Agent and Collectors regarding collections

Operational tasks:
• Plans, directs and executes the sales strategy and tasks to focus on strategic priorities
• Establishes and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for their department
• Develops a proactive plan for retaining existing customers, enhancement of relationships and penetrating into new markets and with potential customers
• Provides customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints

• Plans and oversee sales activities and marketing campaigns to ensure the targeted revenue income will be achieved
• Develops and implements annual business plan in terms of target revenue, Manpower budgeting, and oversees hiring process in coordination with HR dept.
Management:

Customer Focus:
• Monitors and analyses Customer satisfaction and performs necessary actions to retain customers and to resolve customer complaints
• Always ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent services and promotional activities as per company guidelines

Reports, Documentation and System updating:
• Performs all functional responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and procedures
• Prepares and analyses all periodical reports and forwards the results to department Manager with suggestions for improvement.
• Performs necessary documentation and record keeping for all contractual documents and other legal documents related to rental or lease sales contracts
Invoicing oriented:
• Ensures issuance of invoices either before or upon expiry of rental agreement and return of rented vehicles, along with the necessary documentations guaranteeing payments on timely basis
• Verifies the submitted invoices to send to clients and monitors Branch Controllers, Rental Sales Agent and Collectors regarding collections
Team focus and development:
• Plans and oversees the daily operational tasks for staff in the departments
• Instructs staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales
• Oversees work activities of subordinates, organizing shelves and displays and selling merchandise
• Supervises and directs staff on preparing different quotations or contracts by overseeing the customer’s and company’s interest
• Plans and prepares work schedules and keep records of employees' work schedules and time cards
• Directs and supervises employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers
• Hires, trains, and evaluates personnel in sales or marketing establishments, promoting and providing feedback on workers performance when appropriate
