Respond to customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints (update the issue log and resolve issues).
• Update daily adjustment report, daily returns report and daily delivery report on daily basis.
•Update scheduling report on daily basis.
•Complete call reports in COMS and scheduling log sheet (post delivery confirmation).
• Follow up on emails.
• Handle stores inquiries and requests.
•Indentify and escalate priority issues.
• Update HFC service level tracker daily
• Recommend process improvements.
• Document all actions by handling logs and records and managing information on forms
recieved customers calls and solveing there problems and marketing our company Servieses
