Working as a key person in the lab of Grey cement company, make reports and well familiar of controlling the quality from raw material to final product.
• Also worked in chemical lab and perform all types of chemical analysis (such as raw material, clinker and cement(IR - LOI ) by using various equipment and OIL Analysis .
- working on XRF ( ARL Optim'X ) and know how to calibrate, standardize and drifting of X-ray. I am controlling the raw mix design i.e. the proportions of components that are clay, kaolin, sand and fluoride etc.
• I can also make the standard solution for calibration of above equipment's.
• I am also doing all solution preparation used for chemical analysis in grey and white cement laboratory (EN-196) (SASO ) (GSO ).
• Working as a key person in the lab of White & Grey cement company
In Sudan and Saudi Arabia and well familiar of controlling the quality from raw material to final product.

• Analysis by Use X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF)
• chemical analysis (LO.I - T.C -FL - total analysis)
• The product ( Cement ) and raw material
( limestone & Clay - Gypsum ) and Additive of a company meet quality standards.
• Mechanical test (setting time - soundness - tensile strength)
• Responsible to identify the problems and issues regarding quality of the products
