External Role:
Business Intelligence & Analytics - Conduct necessary cleaning and further analysis of data, perform relevant statistical inferences, visualize studied data, formulate predictive regression models and conclude with adequate prescriptive solutions.
Financial Analysis & Modeling - Construct financial statements, calculate financial ratios, and analyze financial performance, Create financial models with sensitivity analysis for investment decisions, costing exercises, forecasting, etc.
Feasibility Studies - Conduct necessary market research to assume a new project or expand an existing project, create relevant financials, and advise on probable scenarios.
Business Process Reengineering - Survey and map down currently implemented processes / algorithms, note gaps and weaknesses, reengineer processes and train involved personnel on newly adopted practice.
Supply Chain & Operations Management - Forecast demand, Design necessary controls for procurement function, streamline warehousing procedures, plan production efforts, implement quality control, assurance, and improvement measures, and restructure logistics and distribution function.
Human Resources Management - Conduct job analysis, sketch organizational structure, devise job descriptions, create codes, manuals, policies and procedures, develop templates, and train HR personnel accordingly.
Strategic Management - Articulate and discuss corporate strategies, define governance policies and procedures, and contribute to the devising of business plans.
