 Assist in the preparation of the yearly forecast of potential number of subscribers per product per month and area in coordination with concerned parties
 Prepare feasibility study for each new project before adding it to the yearly road-map and review it with our management for recommendation and approvals
 Prepare business case /executive summary including full description, financial projection, promotion plan, launching date and budget details for each new project
 Prepare product service description for each new project (ad hoc /mentioned in road map) and send it to MIS(Management Information System)/TC(Technical)/PSD (Premium Service Development) /and PMO(Project Management ) to proceed with the technical implementation
 Follow up and ensure the readiness of the commercial launching with all concerned parties to be finalize on time
 Prepare and submit analytical reports to management when needed(after closing the offer and the evaluation)
 Monitor the performance of products /Offers and ensure achieving the targets and suggest the necessary actions or enhancement when needed
