● Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime.
● Prepare Production Plan and Schedule according to restaurants orders.
● Develop and review production plan with Managers for approval.
● Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion.
● Analyze back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations.
● Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses.
● Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
● Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines.
● Maintain reports for analyzing Budget vs Forecast vs Orders vs Actual Deliveries to date.
● Create the Material Requirement Planning Studies Considering Safety Stock.
● Plan and forecast material needs based on a Consumption-based planning to ensure availability and effective allocation of inventory and materials at warehouses.
● Collaborate closely with the Procurement Team to monitor inventory levels and sourcing need.
● Follow up the purchase requisition till receiving goods in our warehouse.
● Cooperate with purchasing dep. to determine the minimum order quantity and the lead time.
