Oversee employee work daily to ensure adherence to organizational standards and guidelines.
Insure achieving the targets and goals set for the area.
Assist sales department management in improving systems and procedures.
Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base
Recruiting and training sales staff
Developing sales strategies and setting targets
Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
Dealing with major customer accounts.
Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Allocating areas to sales representatives
Follows up with the sales representatives on (achieving their monthly target, daily route track as planned).
Checks all representatives' credit and match it with the original statement.
Checks the stock limit of the cash vans on daily basis.
Checks daily the credit limit with sales representative each customer credit balance and to confirm that it's all under our approved limits.
Manage and control the actual limits that granted to all customers based on their monthly withdrawals.
Field visits once a weak at least for each representative's customers.
Applies weekly meeting on the achieved sales and to be reflected on the monthly target with the overall evaluation for the team performance.
Physical stock taking for all the representatives vans once in a weak.
Responsible on (Achieving target, Sales Representative overall performance, the representative credit and adherence to all BCI policies procedures & regulations.
Plans always to open new sales points and to inform the sales manager in coordination with the sales team leader to agreed and add any new customer.
Checks & approve the incentives balance for the clients.
Weekly evaluate all sales representatives based on (Appearance, Attitude, customers feedback, adherence to our policy, problems that faced the representatives and how he dealt with it )...etc
Follow up anything related to the customers and to highly satisfy the customers with no breaking any rules.
Performing other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor.
Sell targeted new accounts
Sell in new products, equipment and merchandising techniques to existing customer base where opportunities are identified by the TDM.
Sell in authorization for products, packages and promotions to all Regional Accounts within the territory.
Communicate & support the roll out of consumer & trade activities.
Participate in negotiating & drive the execution of all CDAs within the territory.
Ensure that all targeted accounts in the territory are compliant with the Pepsi-Cola merchandising & presence standards (model store)
At the direction of the TDM, demonstrate selling techniques through joint calls wit
Actively participate in problem solving meetings with territory colleagues
Public relationship, solving customer’s problems.
Opening accounts
Issuing credit cards, ATM card, E-banking.
Achieving branch sales and liability target.
Account transfers, Deposits, Money orders.
Personals loans, cars loans, housing loans operations & other bank services.
Managing sales team, monitoring and planning team performance.
Generating new business channels, driving business, formulating initiatives and monitoring department sales operations to achieve established revenue targets, in alignment with organizational objectives.
Keeping close tabs on market dynamics and competitor activities, devising effective counter-strategies.
Identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions. Conducting presentations to increase customer base.
Companies’ reliance, opening new market, initial approving of loans.
Trained sales team, set goals/targets and acted as a resource to enable them to leverage client relationships to maximum extent possible to obtain a competitive position in the industry.
