• Initially engaged as a Consultant to support Kuwait operations and project mobilisation activities
before being appointed as the permanent Country Operations Manager and Contractor
Representative for Jereh Energy Services Corporation in Kuwait.
• Reporting to the Country Manager / Vice President, coordinates multidisciplinary operational teams
of 30-50 personnel and manages a multi-million-dollar operational budget while leading country
wide drilling and TRS operations for Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) and Kuwait Gulf Oil Company
(KGOC).
• Directs operational strategy, mobilisation planning, project delivery and service execution across
multiple concurrent drilling and workover operations supporting approximately 20-25 active rigs
during major mobilisation phases.
• Serves as the primary client interface and Contractor Representative to Kuwait Oil Company (KOC),
managing contract performance, operational alignment, stakeholder engagement and service
delivery outcomes.
• Leads full contract management, operational execution, compliance, commercial coordination and
performance reporting activities across Kuwait operations.
• Manages cross-functional coordination across field operations, logistics, workshops, QHSE,
subcontractors and support services to ensure safe, efficient and compliant operational delivery.
• Supports business development initiatives, tender opportunities and strategic growth activities while
maintaining strong client relationships across Kuwaits oil & gas sector.

• Reported to the Managing Director, managed 70-85 staff, and directed operational and commercial
performance across multiple oilfield service divisions and approximately 14 active onshore and
offshore rigs in Qatar.
• Managed operational activities and service contracts with estimated annual operational exposure
of USD $15M-$30M across TRS, corrosion monitoring, completion support and integrated oilfield
services.
• Oversaw operational planning, mobilization, manpower allocation, project coordination and service
delivery across multiple concurrent onshore and offshore operations.
• Managed strategic client relationships with Qatar Petroleum (QP), QatarGas, Gulf Drilling
International (GDI), North Oil Company (NOC), Shell and TotalEnergies.
• Led operational coordination between clients, vendors, field operations and management teams
improving operational execution, resource utilization and service delivery performance.

• Reported to the Regional Manager and Area Manager and led multidisciplinary operational teams
of 90-120 staff while managing TRS, Completion and Sub-Assembly operations across 40+
onshore and offshore rigs throughout the UAE and Oman.
• Managed operational turnover and service contracts exceeding AED 24 million annually across
multiple concurrent drilling and completion operations.
• Oversaw operational planning, mobilization, workforce coordination, logistics and equipment
readiness across complex offshore, jack-up and remote field operations.
• Managed operational assets consisting of more than 3, 650 tools and equipment units supporting
TRS and drilling operations across multiple field locations.
• Coordinated closely with major operators, drilling contractors, vendors and international equipment
manufacturers supporting operational delivery, tendering and contract execution activities.
• Successfully implemented Mobile Bucking Unit (MBU) operations reducing rig time by
approximately 20%, improving operational efficiency and reducing non-productive time (NPT).

• Reported to the Operations Manager and performed MWD field operations supporting directional
drilling activities across Canadian oilfield operations and multiple drilling environments.
• Managed rig-up, surveying, downhole troubleshooting and operational reporting activities.
• Coordinated with rig crews, directional drillers and client representatives to support efficient drilling
operations.

• Reported to the District Manager / Wireline Operations Supervisor, led field crews and managed
wireline wellsite operations across drilling and production environments within the Canadian oil &
gas sector.
• Operated sonic, resistivity, nuclear and caliper logging tools while supervising field crews and
operational activities.
• Conducted data acquisition, technical reporting and operational support ensuring service quality,
operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Reported to the Site Manager / Maintenance Supervisor and supervised maintenance and
equipment scheduling activities during refinery shutdown operations.
• Coordinated preventative maintenance, servicing and operational support activities across refinery
operations.
• Ensured compliance with refinery safety standards, maintenance procedures and operational
requirements.
