▪ Lead and manage MEM team in all locations to implement & sustain PI (PepsiCo international) standards for asset control and track activities that ensure our tracking system is updated reflecting the actual locations for company assets linked with customers.
▪ Ensure company tracking system (SAP MEM) is sustainable and provide reports and KPIs to top management.
▪ Responsible of monitor and track all assets movements, and maintenance & repair activities ensuring that it is coping with department policy and support the team in achieving their annual targets.
▪ Apply Annual Cooler count CPS and implementation steps.
▪ Ensure that all equipment discrepancies reported from MEM governance activities are being reflected on tracking system with quality and timely manners
▪ Develop and report monthly Dashboard covering financials and repair performance to top management in order to ensure that they are aligned with equipment actual status.
▪ Lead and track equipment verification controls through different activities to ensure the reduction of annual loss rate
▪ Ensure AC&T team perform a monthly inventory count in 28 DCs through the country workshops and compare it to the records and solve its issue if any to match SAP with ground.
▪ Communicate with different teams and departments to deliver MEM daily report and analysis KPIs.
▪ Sustain and implement the GCS COSO testing as per the test time frame to ensure that the controls are effective and achieve the requested passing rate.
▪ Perform visit to MEM locations in regularly base to ensure and assess performance through health checklists and put needed action plan for enhancement if any.
▪ Review, improve and update MEM policy and narrative to reflect any process changes due to sales system changes and ensure smooth asset movements.
▪ Develop team capabilities by deliver refreshment trainings and assign needed training in cooperation with HR.
▪ Support the sales team in measuring and tracking assets productivity in the market.
▪ Simplify, sustain and enhance documentations needed from sales team to Solve discrepancies.
• Creates and maintains master data records and corresponding fields in the assigned area, accurately and within business time requirements.
• Applies governance standards to data management and problem resolution.
• Analyzes data on an ongoing basis to increase quality as it relates to accuracy, completeness, consistency, integrity, timeliness, conformity, and validity.
• Lead the master data part in all Marketing Taskforce to reach the optimum time and quality of submitting the new products and promotions data on Systems.
• Understands and identifies root causes of issues relate to Master data impacts business processes.
• Works with team leads and managers to populate and audit mass change templates.
• Performs research to capture business and supplies metadata and other related data standards information to project teams.
• Ensures compliance with data lifecycle management policies.
• Implement Infor SunSytem for customers to Improve reporting and financial control tool.
* Gap analysis preparation, modify exists functions to resolve and cover business needs, install application on Server and user versions.
• Implement Vision XL report application.
• Design needed reports using Vision XL and Sun System.
• Sustain, Support and provide required trainings to Customers that using SunSystems and Vision XL.
• Contribute in (Develop Saudi Edication materials) project, by:
o Use different applications to convert materials to a flipbook.
o Upload all materials to be available on Saudi education formal website.
o Review and Quality assure of links contents (Videos, images and shortcuts) and lingual errors.
