• Head-hunted for founding the subsidiary, articulated ABAN’s vision & drove the company toward achievement of that vision, supported development & implementation of best practices in Sales and Marketing across Qatar.
• Under my leadership the start-up advanced as a profit bearing company within a year from its launch.
• Successfully launched the ABAN brand.
• Drove innovation, differentiation and competitive edge for enhancing brand affinity, thus facilitating ABAN’s becoming as a prominent and recalled brand amongst all the local real estate agencies, brokerages and developers within two quarters from its launch.
