 Consulting & approving all the new technologies at Al Hokair Group.
 Managing whole IT Infrastructure
 Leading & Supervising IT Team.
 Multi-Location support and help desk management to assist internal,
external users and technical team.
 Designing & planning the needs for the business.
 Arrange the Budget & distribution list of it.
 Arrange the Service Level Agreements “SLA” with all the other
Sectors at the Group included with the Sister Companies.
 Managing & designing the policies for the IT Department.
 Manage the team to give the full support & services
 Managing the Licensing of all the Systems including Microsoft &
Others.
 Managing all the Systems at the Group including:

o Citrix, Double Take, Veeam, Polycom, Low Current System,
Real Estate Systems, Microsoft SQL, Hyper-V,
ManageEngine Products, GFI Products, CRM & Microsoft
Dynamics, AlienVault

 Implementing Hotel Systems: Opera, MICROS, SUN, TeleTiger,
Doors Lock System ... etc.
 Implementing Guests Wireless Network
 Implementing Office Network including: FS & Print Server
 Train the IT Team at the Hotel to manage the network & the systems.
