- Manage the technical team in Jordan delivering software development projects

Managing the development process of a software product targeting the structural engineering industry. The product is named BSD (Building Signatures Design); BSD is a unique software product whose main focus is the design and value engineering of high-rises using industry best practices.
BSD consists of multiple modules to design various structural elements (walls, columns, beams, etc.) and is being developed using the following technologies: Microsoft .Net framework 3.5, Windows Forms, GDI+, WCF, C# Programming Language, Microsoft Enterprise Library 4.1, Composite Application Block (CAB)
Major roles and responsibilities:
1- Gathering and analyzing software requirements
2- Creating project plan and estimating the work needed to accomplish the project
3- Performing technology validation
4- Designing the software high and low level architecture and performing design reviews when needed
5- Preparing builds plan
6- Ensuring the quality of the software by monitoring and participating in the quality assurance process by helping testers
7- Guiding the prepartion of software documentation and user manuals.
8- Reporting to the management the progress of the project and future plans
9- Presenting major builds to the board of directors
1- Preparing project plan and estimates
2- Creating integration manuals provided for different system integrators
3- Leading a team of four people to implement a project
4- Preparing builds plan
5- Reporting to the project manager
6- Implementing WCF web services as the middle tier for multiple systems
7- Presenting SQL server notification services to the IT development management and discuss its strengths and weaknesses
Roles and Responsibilities:
1- Developing and maintaining a real time windows service using C++ that feeds connected clients with stock market data, code named feeder.
2- Developing a windows service using VB.Net to collect stock market data from the source and provide it to the feeder, code named collector.
3- Developing multipurpose web services called by different system components desktop and PDA
4- Performing client side deployment
