• Follow up and monitor project progress, provide planning and technical support for site needs And others Departments for LCU Systems like: Fire Alarm: Addressable and Conventional Systems, CCTV: IP Cameras, Analog Cameras and ANPR Cameras, PA/VA/AV: Public Address System, Video System and Audio Visual System, Vehicles Management System: Road Blockers and Barriers, SECURITY: Access Control System and Intrusion System Detection, ICT: Data, Telecom, Networking, OSP and Cabling, SMATV.
• Review design drawings and prepare shop drawings for the Access Control, Structured Cabling, Security, CCTV, Gate Barrier, IPTV, SMATV, Detection Systems.
• Control and review the technical advices, concept validation, needs of resources and work progress.
• Solution Pre-sales, Technical Sales, Bid & Estimation for Security / ELV systems.
• Design, preparing BOQ, quotation and submittals for all type of security surveillance and IT systems like CCTV, Access Control, Parking Systems, Audio/Video Intercom, Audio Visual System, Public Address Music System, Gate Barrier, etc.
• Support the Sales Team by technically qualifying opportunities and making recommendations on solution Feasibility, quantifying risks and authoring technical bid content.
• Interact with the customers and consultants to understand the requirements.
• Generate BOQ, Compliance Statement, system descriptions, schematic drawings, material / technical Submittal.
• Provide engineering support to project installation team when needed.
• Communicate and interact with internal employees, clients and colleagues in a professional and timely Manner.
• Prepare of BOQ from the designed details, Shop drawing and from the details of the site survey records. • Submit and get approvals of Material and Technical submittals for all executing projects.
• Reviewing provided Contract, BOQ, Drawings and Specifications for the new Project.
• Managing a team of ELV engineers proficient in ELV systems and on-site building practises.
• Working with existing customers to help them get the most out of the products they have bought.
• Business Development in the field of ELV Systems and any other related products/services.
• Managing strategically all client relationships & resolving typical issues.
• Demonstrating how a product meets a client’s needs. • Reviewing customer drawings, plans and other documents in order to prepare detailed technical proposal For them.
• Providing sales support during virtual and onsite client meetings.
• Identifying the customer’s current and future requirements.
• Travelling to visit potential clients.
