* Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating
Provide Support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of
safety, occupational health, and environmental issues.
*Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
* Provide Support to the dept on the implementation of Company wide HSE initiatives eg.ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, etc
* Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company
policies and procedures as well as client requirements
* Investigate and complete the process for closeout of all Accident
Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the
Regional HSE Manager for promulgation to the management
* Provide HSE aspects of Company Bid Submissions as requested
* Assist in the development of Project specific HSE procedures.
* Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.
* Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and
safety standards.
Overall responsibility to the laboratory daily work.
Conduct the training for the staff in the matter related to operation, maintenance, using and checks of the laboratory equipment
Ensure that the laboratory staff is following the quality manual and procedures.
Maintain the management system and ensure that it's implemented inside the laboratory.
Ensure the compliance with internal test and calibration specifications.
Prepare and determine the technical specifications of the purchased items
Internal auditor assist for ISO14001(EMS)&ISO18001(OHSAS)
define and provide technical solutions through the use of advanced analytical instrumentation, chemistry and product process knowledge
develop and validate new advanced analytical methods and manage multi disciplinary analytical projects
preparing chemical solution& waste water treatment
operates and maintains the coating line of aluminum profile
*(Row material & final product quality
by using
Titirimetric method & Absorption method & Spectrophotometer and other
Instrumental method
* Ensure the laboratory deliver accurate and timely analytical results as per service level agreement
*Collaborate with process engineering to identify areas of needed specialized analysis
* Improve and leverage analytical discipline and quality problems and conduct root cause analysis investigation and remediation
* Apply and comply with ISO 9001 standard requirements and follow the laboratory and site safety procedures
