SAP Specialist for HR/Payroll
I Was managing the project, and scope of the project is PA, OM, Payroll, time recording, Cats, ESS and MSS , this project is execute on onsite offshore model, my responsibility is coordinating Sap consultant with client, project devilry, apart from this iam doing the role of payroll, ESS and MSS consultant
Bangalore. That includes transition activities like Knowledge Exchange, Setting procedures and process, setting team and reporting structures as well.
Technically I provide support to fellow application consultants in solving process mapping, configuration and authorization issues. It requires service call maintenance and its continual follow up. This includes visits to client sites at UK and other European clients as well.
1. Personnel Administration - Personnel Actions, , enchantment of exciting Infotype, development of Customer Infotypes
2. Organizational Management - Setting number range and creation of Organizational
Units, Jobs and Positions, Integration with PA
3. Recruitment - Applicant action, uploading application form into SAP from Excel
Format.
4. Time Recording - Configuring Absence type, Attendances type, and interfacing to
Payroll for leave payment.
5. Payroll - Customizing international payroll according to UTS Carrier specification,
editing Schema and writing new personnel calculation according to client
requirement, Off Cycle Payroll - Customizing off cycle payroll for holiday payment
6. Training and Event Management - Uploading Training History for employees, Business Event Type, Business Event.
7. ESS For Master Data and Training and event Management and customer defined requirements.
