Responsible to Deliver the highest standards of quality service to customers through an enthusiastic and highly motivated team of cabin crew consisting of 16-26 members of cabin crew.

Act as the senior Customer Relations person ensuring cabin crew attend to passengers during flights, carry out public relations using passengers names and deliver extended services that promotes customers loyalty and guaranteed repeat business.

Responsible for handling the passengers’ complaints. This entails assessing and processing these complaints, taking corrective measures towards the related passengers, monitoring the situation and achieving the best possible outcome.

Assessing crew performance identifying crew strengths and areas needing development. Documenting these performance reports to review performance change over periods of time.

Responsible for the safety of passengers traveling aboard Emirates Airlines by implementing all the company’s policies, regulations and supervising safety and security checks.

Responsible for monitoring duty free sales onboard and promoting bi-products and events such as Al-Maha Resort and Real Madrid Sponsorship.

Responsible for handling medical cases “including life threatening situations“ and providing first response for casualties such as conducting CPR.

Provide Feedback to management regarding all operational matters, product standards, performance of staff or supplier.

Communicate to crew all latest updates to procedures and any important information from the management.
