• Perform the construction target for sites under construction in Alex. region with optimum (time, cost& quality) and transfer that new sites to maintenance team to perform all maintenance actions
• Set regular meetings with subcontractors managers to review & update the construction plans to determinate if there are any subcontractor weakness point & set the actions to avoid any delay of work in

Make Sweep test for new RF site expansion with all required works (antennas-jumpers-feeders) with all required accessories to represent the site with its RF equipments.
Detect VSWR faults in RF system & rectification the faults using site master device for sites under construction with coordination with Network Organization Center (NOC) to be the site on air.
Make Transmission routing with RTN products (Familiar with NEC product like Paso link MW transmission devices to perform the transmission plan with maximum Line of Site (LOS) power according to RF planning specified level
