Develop, Implement and Evaluate FM Policies, Procedures and Practices
Develop, recommend and manage facility operational planning requirements
Clarify and Communicate Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Resolve Conflicts
Hire, train, manage and assess the technical performance and occupant
Measure service compliance to the organization vision, Mission and objectives
Analyze Gaps and take necessary actions to recover trough relevant KPIs
Tracks functionality, benefit and useful life of all installed assets and Ensure the optimal utilization by analyzing Life -cycle cost
Support and advice for asset replacement by Cost of ownership analysis
Manage recycling and sustainability programs
Give the technical direction and guidance for safe trouble shooting and repair jobs
Lead root cause analysis for any abnormal conditions/ failures
Take required corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence
Review and update Permit to Work - Work Orders - procedures - FMEAs
Challenge OEM and suppliers for material and services order and design issue
Oversee materials and services availability, maintain records control stock
Manage Spare part and elaborate Parts criticality matrix
Guarantee all Clean Room protocols and procedures are being followed.
Develop Disaster recovery plan and emergency response procedures

 Ensure Site projects management : Definition and Creation- Follow up and report - Commissioning to closure
 Lead Facilities equipment’s robustness
 Handle multiple projects timely from scope of work to GRN
 Manage budget across priorities and daily follow up
 Participate to Financial & PNL Review at site level as main expenses actor
 Plan, drive and control OPEX and CAPEX With optimization
 Define Strategy for future manufacturing requirements
 Act as consultant for others department for facility related projects
Business Continuity :
 Ensure that the BCP Steps, Procedures & methods are fully applied : Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, Mitigation action plan and Recovery Strategies/ BCP
 Ensure that assessments, exercises and simulations are done
 Drive business continuity and emergency response plans and teams
 Monitor implementation and improvement for BCM
 Lead Site and cross Audits for BCM
