- Managing the procurement process by revising and editing scope and main deliverables before floating the Rfx.

Procuring: Managing the awarding recommendations and issuance of the purchase order, managing the preparation of RfQs, RfIs, and RfPs. Managing the financial evaluation committee and finalizing the technical/financial evaluations.
Contracting: Revising and clarifying the scope of work with business owners, table of deliverables, and related payment schedule are clearly defined. Obtaining final legal approval on the contract before official signatures.
Vendor management: Opening communication channels with potential vendors, evaluation according to reputation, financial solvency, and relevant experience
Revising RfPs and recommending rectifications where applicable.
Revising table of deliverables and making sure that they are measurable.
Processing PRs and POs
Vendors listings and vendor communication for quotations.
Invoicing follow-ups
Contracting and procuring roles: RfI, RfQ and RfP preparation, technical and financial proposal evaluations, negotiation and contracting
with local and international bidders.
Assigned as the project manager for three projects at the English Language Teaching Development Initiative program.
English Language Skills Development: to improve the English language skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) of all MoE K-12
English teachers, raising English language proficiency levels as measured by international tests.
English Language Pedagogical Skills Development; to strengthen teachers' abilities to use appropriate, innovative and effective
teaching methods/approaches and assessment strategies, allowing them to design well-planned lessons and in turn improve the teaching
and learning of English throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
English Language Teaching Content Provision: To provide customized English language curriculum packages to meet the learning
standards defined in the Curriculum Framework.
Managed the operation part of applications on IOS & Android operating systems.
Acted as a vocal point between application users and the development team.
Lead business negotiations with property owners to be part of our "property renting application“
