-Dealing with contract as well as local customers.
-Updating records for stocks, sales, LPO, invoices, DO's and all the issues related to regional sales.
-Presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly data in every sales meeting taking place on regular intervals.
-Reporting the higher management about the progress with daily reports received from the Production.
-Contacting Overseas prospects, ensuring the awareness of the services that can be enabled.
-Reviving old customers and contacting the new ones by doing a strict follow up for the queries receiving.
-To achieve the daily sales target
-To ensure the LPO's are placed on time
-To work in a team and assure the month end targets to be achieved
-Working and understanding among multi-cultural nationalities
-Follow-up with customers plus giving feedback to managers
-Meeting with company managers weekly and revising the marketing plan
-Meeting with dealers and suppliers in order to know the stock replenishment
-Giving offer tags on specific stocks on the basis of movements
-Assist in achieving company budgets in regard to wages & controllable costs.
-Assist in achieving weekly sales and follow-up with potential customers.
-Ensure the daily sales targets and Year End Construction targets are communicated to all staff.
-Dealing with multi-cultural nationalities.
-Ensure all staff are well trained and delivering the service.
-Assist the GSM in ensuring Management accounts deadlines are met, ensuring any queries are raised within 1 week and all supplier invoices checked.
-Contribute in implementing the Marketing Plan to achieve targets.
-Enhancing the sales by encouraging the customers.
-Updating daily sales achievements.
-Discussing the rental and sale files with customers.
-Ensuring the safety of installments and deals.
-Helping customers by fulfilling their needs and types of houses.
