• Following up with contractors on the status of their projects.
• Visiting clients (end-users) & consultants.
• Providing Technical Support related to pumps & pumping systems.
• Closing Deals (Financially & Technically).
• Accompanying Customers on Trips to factories of GRUNDFOS in Europe as well as in the UAE.
• Arranging & Performing Seminars for concerned contractors, ministries & clients.
As Account Manager:
- Assist My accounts in technical issues as well as developing the sales staff both technically & commercially.
- Account development to achieve growth compared to past years, by conducting internal training.
- Accompany account staff in meetings with clients/consultants as a way of support.
- Keeping relations in the market, assuring loyal customers of Grundfos are served by dealers & especially by my accounts.

Sales Engineer, responsibility includes: Visiting Contractors, job sites, making Quotations, following over projects, insuring customer satisfaction.
Checking the suitability of inquired pumps by doing HYDRAULIC CALCULATIONS for all kinds of pumps.
