 Organizing and handling Client’s accounts payable function, includes processing invoices, following up
with vendors and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner, Reconcile vendor statements, monitor
accounts to ensure payments are up to date, preparing AP aging report, monthly reconciliations and
closing of AP module (Abu Dhabi Motorsport management-ADMM).
 Account Receivable, follow up on collect and allocate payments, Review AR aging to ensure compliance,
maintain accounts receivable customer files and records, investigate and resolve customer queries,
Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally, monthly reconciliation and closing of
AR module.(Abu Dhabi Motorsport management-ADMM).
 Procurement Officer, requesting RFQ from supplier to get the best products/services in best prices,
reviewing the quotation and evaluates the offers, issuing PO’s (Abu Dhabi Motorsport management-
ADMM).
 GL accounts and related activities for the production of financial statements and reports. (Abu Dhabi
Motorsport management-ADMM).
 Prepare journal entries of the organization and review accounting classifications in accordance with IFRS.
 Study and Analysis all Accounting Report.
 Support in the process of external and internal audits.
 Improving the functionality, reporting of computerized business, and accounting systems (Oracle).
 Work closely with the clients and have a strong relation with them.
