Worked with BYCO Petroleum Pakistan (fuel Refinery) formal BOSICOR REFINERY as Assistant Manager Mechanical, since Sep, 2002 and responsible for maintenance of Refinery equipment such as Pumps, Compressor, Turbines, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchange, Chemical System, Fuel decanting System, Auxiliary Boiler, Fuel Storage tanks, Circulating water System, etc.

• Diagnosing breakdown problems. • Adhering to safety regulations. • Carrying out quality inspections on jobs. • Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment. • Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs• Managing expenditure & budgets. • Assessing risks. • Performing human resource responsibilities. • Handling the training and development needs of new hires. Recently supervised refurbishment of 68 burner assemblies of 7furness newly installed for extended 120, 000 BPD fuel refinery also more than 500 valves of different type and size were refurbished under my supervision. Recently completed the installation of two Shinko turbine driven pumps, capacity 2500 m³/hr relocated at Byco refinery. Completed new assignment of 16 heat exchangers hydro testing after leak detect and plugging at penex plant. Assist to Commissioned the 4.3MW steam turbine driven hydrogen compressor of platformer unit at BYCO refinery. Installed diesel engine driven pumps 1200 m³/hr capacity at Bakri energy terminal for transferring the diesel to PEPCO. Recently, completed the refurbishment of 4# Air Coolers for cooling the Furness oil rundown system.

1. Worked for Bocicor Refinery as Rehabilitation coordinator, during the
Inspected and supervised the over hauling of more then 100 pumps of different types and 64 heat exchangers. Also prepared the inspection and damage reports of the above mentioned equipment.
2. Worked with Gas Link Nigeria Limited since 18th Aug 2001 as Head technical service and responsible for operation and maintenance of PRMS and other facilities for gas distribution system. Also provided the technical support to Gaslinks consumers.
Worked with Zelin pvt limited site manager/ senior engineer from jan 95 to Dec 99 on the following projects.
1:- As senior mechanical engineer at 117MW power project for Southern Electric Power Company at Raiwaind. Perform installation and commissioning of the portable water system, oily water system, decanting system, sewage water system, drain water system, water neutralization system, steam and condensate system, storage tank, auxiliary boiler.
2:- As senior engineer at 125MW power project for Kohinoor energy at Riwind.
3:- As senior engineer supervised the installation of insulated bus bars at Hubco Power
4:- Site manager refurbished the boiler of 200MW, WAPDA Power Station at Guddu.
5:- As senior engineer supervise the installation of system such as cooling water, fuel oil, decanting, and Air system at 115MW Power House for lucky Power at D.I Khan.
6:- As site manger completed the engine Test Cell Project for commence engine at Bin-Qasim
Worked as a Mechanical Field supervisor, supervised the work of main contractor and their sub contractors for Gibbs and Hills who were the consultants for USAID’S project for WAPDA 600MW Power and 300MW combined cycle power project at Guddu. During service supervise the following items of work
1:- Fabrication of Piping including sand blasting, painting, installation, coating, wrapping, welding, hydrotesting.
2:- Inspection installation, testing and maintenance of equipment.
3:-Upgrading of Mari Guddu Gas Pipe Line
4:- Installation of New dehydration plant at Sui Gas field.
5:-Erection of Fuel storage tanks, conversion of HSD tanks into Furnace oil tanks.
5:- Review of drawing and comments, preparation of daily progress reports and verification of bills.
6:- Perform the first inspection of the equipment after commissioning and prepared the inspection report.
7:-Supervised the installation of evaporative cooler at 100MW Gas turbines to increase the power output.
Perform the maintenance of refinery equipment such as pumps, compressors, steam turbines, cooling towers, heat exchanger, water treatment plant, chemical injection system etc. Also worked as coach to train the Saudi Apprentices
Perform the maintenance of all mechanical equipment of refinery such as Pumps of different types, compressors, turbines, fractioning towers and furnaces.
