Responsibilities:
• Acting QHSE Manager for eight months, until manager joining.
• Preparation and timely reporting to Tadweer.
• Safety arrangements for safe bin mobilization operation without any LTI.
• Preparation of Project IMS documents.
• Security guards management.
• Contractor Management.
• Provision of HSE Induction to new joiners and visitors.

Periodic observations and conduct safety tool box meetings with plant personnel.
Plan periodic inspection of fire fighting systems, lifting equipment and tools etc.
Monitor non-routine plant repairs and maintenance tasks.
Investigation of incidents and ensuring corrective/preventive actions.
Provide OH&S reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
Adequate provision of first aid and welfare facilities and support.
Proper and timely assessment of OH&S risks and implementation of measure and arrangements identified as necessary from the assessment.
Ensuring workplace satisfies health, safety and welfare requirements for ventilation, temperature, lighting, sanitary, washing and rest facilities.
Provision and precautions against, or adequate control of, exposure to hazardous substances and danger from flammable, electrical, noise, radiation and manual handling risks.
Weekly noise monitoring and reporting to management.
Managing all wastes and arranging vehicles for disposal.
Participate in regular safety meetings and facility inspections.
