Monitor all plant operations for safety and without injury on a daily basis and guide towards Integrated Management System compliance.
Understanding and compliance with company standard operating procedures.
Managing and annual review of IMS documents.
Periodic observations and conduct safety tool box meetings with plant personnel.
Plan periodic inspection of fire fighting systems, lifting equipment and tools etc.
Monitor non-routine plant repairs and maintenance tasks.
Investigation of incidents and ensuring corrective/preventive actions.
Provide OH&S reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
Adequate provision of first aid and welfare facilities and support.
Proper and timely assessment of OH&S risks and implementation of measure and arrangements identified as necessary from the assessment.
Ensuring workplace satisfies health, safety and welfare requirements for ventilation, temperature, lighting, sanitary, washing and rest facilities.
Provision and precautions against, or adequate control of, exposure to hazardous substances and danger from flammable, electrical, noise, radiation and manual handling risks.
Weekly noise monitoring and reporting to management.
Managing all wastes and arranging vehicles for disposal.
Participate in regular safety meetings and facility inspections.
* Making HSE Plan and Risk Assessment.
* Organizing OHSAS audits as an auditee.
* Conducting fire mock and emergency response drills, internally and in
collaboration with Civil Defense.
* Plan developing to carry out analysis of solid waste/hazardous waste generated
and advice for proper management in their handling and disposal.
* Making sure that hazardous materials are correctly stored and disposed.
* To give induction and TBT to all new and old workers respectively.
* Conduct training sessions for management, supervisors and workers on health and
safety practices and legislation.
* Closely monitoring the hygienic conditions and fire system at the work place.
* Ensuring workplace conforms to organizational procedures and safety standards.
* Ensuring personal protective equipments are being used in workplace according
to regulations.
* Monitor plant operations, team performance and project operations
simultaneously.
* Coordination with emergency, firefighting and first aid crews.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for implementing and monitoring the company’s established HSE
procedures, guidelines & standards and codes of practice.
* Inspect workplace and workplace equipment to ensure they meet safety
regulations and to identify hazards and risks.
* Ensuring workplace conforms to organizational procedures and safety standards.
* Closely monitoring the hygienic conditions at the work place, fire extinguishers,
and keeping their records.
* Promoting occupational health and safety within the organization and develop
safer and healthier ways of working.
* Monitor plant operations, team performance and project operations
simultaneously.
* Supporting and giving guidance to construction team as per local health and
safety law requirements.
* Ensuring personal protective equipment, such as hearing protection, dust masks,
safety glasses, footwear and safety helmets, is being used in workplace according
to regulations.
* Making sure that dangerous materials are correctly stored.
* Reporting hazards, accidents, injuries and health issues within the workplace and
keeping their record.
* Investigation of accidents and unsafe working conditions, study possible causes
and recommend remedial action.
* Assist with the rehabilitation of workers after accidents or injuries and make sure
they experience a satisfactory return to work.
* Communicate frequently with management to report on the status of occupational
health and safety programs.
* To arrange for occupational health and safety testing and/or evaluations of the
workplace by external agencies/consultants as may be necessary.
* To act as liaison with all related governmental bodies and regulating agencies.
* Accountable for issuing safety violation notice/memo to sub-contractors.
