I have been directly involved in the Extensive knowledge of NCRs, WIRs, MOM, HSE, Report, Site report, worked in Workflow in Aconex, daily check my Tasks, Desk Notes, and external correspondence, Monthly Planning Reports in Aconex Office Suites.
• Set up, copy, scan and store documents.
• Manage requests.
• File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
• Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
• Received, issued, log, update and keeping of all the project related documentations & Drawings, Specifications, Data sheets, Design calculations etc. Create templates.
• Preparation, handling, arrangement, follow-up, submission of diverse reports providing relevant data and statistics for various stakeholders.
• Provide the ability to control the documentation flow, filing/archiving, and document handover activities for the Project sites, both for the Head Office and project sites throughout all phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning etc.) of the project.
