NB:
Have co-authored with Eng. Iskandar Deeb the Insurance Entry Program (Alshamil) for UAE citizens which is used till date in training local insurance starters.

-Feb 2003 till May 2005 Working full time but as a Free lancing trainer, later appointed as a senior lecturer & Head of Insurance Division

- Designed the curriculum for the UAE insurance Diploma.
- During my free lancing I was also frequently travelling and setting up Tariq Cement Products (a factory I own in Khartoum Sudan)
- Till now I am associate insurance trainer in the institute
- I also chaired the insurance sector nationalization committee 2008-2009

Agency Manager Alico- Qatar

Trainer for Alico Rest of the Gulf (ROG) handling Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and also conducting courses in the UAE.

New product Development:

I was very much involved in the product development and I used to coordinate with the company actuary althrough the product development handling the marketing preparation of the products.
Have made bancassurance presentation for banks in Bahrain, UAE, and Oman
- Prepared the policy work book for the sales force,
- Prepared the sales talk,
- The brochure,
- Prepared the soft and hard sales presentation,
- Prepared the sales training material including the self study and pre-exam assignment.
- Prepared and marked the licensing exams for the sales representatives to sell.
- I have contributed to the development of several products in Alico that are forming the most outstanding products in the market today like vision and Indexa.
- Prepared the product training material including the pre-launch presentation.

The 2nd position as agency president I was handling the whole operation in the territory of Qatar including the overall management and initial underwriting of individual life and personal accident insurance. The management of all life and medical sales and policy holder services for individual and group policyholders.
- Increased the sales force by 200%. which made Alico AIG Qatar the fastest and highest growing operation in the network of this giant company across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA) Division.
- Increased production by 235% first year and 234% second year
-The direction Qatar operation has taken is built in a way that it might continue to grow consistently.
- Have attracted major accounts including all the 5 star hotels, US Embassy, Qafac, Bancassurance agreement with QNB and led the negotiation with Qatar Air.

- Performed a lot of training to the salesforce and also handled the recruitment of the new agents.
- Initiated mass marketing of personal accident with Albayan Daily that lead to the highest publicity in the history of the company.
- Took the initiative of implementing TQM and wrote the plan for it. This initiative resulted in the company winning the quality prize of Dubai.
- Managed Abu Dhabi Branch
- Left the company to complete my studies in the MBA with the University of Hull UK.

My role was to raise funds:
-Developed the donation box system now seen across the supermarket chains and public places
- Placed the refreshment vending machines on Abu Dhabi Cornish with profits to support the humanitarian efforts of the Red Crescent Society
- Organized auction for gold donations in Forte Grand Hotel
- Organized to shopping tents in Abu Dhabi and the Western Region.
- Initiated the societal marketing campaign entered into by the Red Crescent Society and Emirates Air Lines.

- Started as an agent selling takaful and was the company top salesman.
-Moved to the management to setup the human resources management and administration department as an independent department for the first time in the company.
- Managed the company assets including two towers and a shopping mall.
- Contributed stronlgy to the company change of legal form and name from CCI LTD to Alliance Insurance PLS and fully reproduced the Articles and Memorandum.
- Used to prepare the annual Board Report to the General Meeting and the press releases.
- Moved to the general insurance and handled major accounts including the Dubai Government Account.
