Implementing MS Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations in six companies within the group.

- Worked with partner to initially implement MS D365 F&O in 2 major companies of the group.
- Implemented Retail Point of Sales internally without partner’s support
- Integrated external payroll with the Dynamics 365 F&O
- Integrated MS D365 with 3rd Party middleware for ZATCA integration, all the customization inside D365 to accommodate the middleware was done by internal team.
- Providing support internally
- Always keep a task of customization, configuration and training users to remain hands-on.

Horizon Contracting: Maintaining D365 F&O (Finance & Procurement), planning to implement (Project Management Module).

Evox Gym: Maintaining D365 F&O, planning integration b/w GYM app and D365.

There are nine companies in the group that have different versions of Dynamics AX installed. From the platform of SSBS I am providing support to them all, also upgraded AX 2012 R3 to D365 F&O(Cloud based) in one of the companies.

Solely developed many new custom reports & forms and also extended existing forms.

- Recently, developed “Advance payment approval module” in AX 2012 R3 that has reduced the approval task from 2 days to few hours and removed all the paperwork.
- Developed a new feature to send balance confirmation letter from system to Customers/Vendors, along with approvals. Reduced the workload drastically from many days to few hours.
- Also, customized several existing forms to incorporate user requirements.
- Developed several new reports in SSRS for AX & direct SSRS.
- During upgrade to D365 performed to code upgrade to all of the above tasks & also developed new reports in the new cloud based version.

Working as Application Manager & Techno functional lead for the MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3, currently managing the application without the support from external company i.e., 100% relying on the internal team, main tasks includes the following:

Responsible for the administration, support and customizations of MS Dynamics AX. Established the change control board for the approval of any change request coming from any department. The organization realized the need of an in-house ERP expert when the current partner left the implementation in the middle, corrected the Financials & Trade & Logistics module’s configurations and provided standard operating procedures for the purchasing and finance department. Also planned & implemented Retail module with the help from outside partner.

Also, performing as Techno-Functional consultant, have developed and modified several no. of reports & forms using x++ and also written and implemented integrations with HHT that has reduced the stock taking time in warehouses and stores eventually saving huge amount to the organization.

Currently, working as Head of Business Solutions Division, the division is incorporated in order to practice MS Dynamics AX consulting, however, at this moment the department has acquired two GP clients and two Microsoft Dynamics AX clients. Currently, managing AX & GP projects and performing the role of project manager and implementing MS Dynamics AX. Also, involved in extensive pre-sales activities for both AX & GP, in which I demonstrate the companies how a business application will help them in order to run their businesses efficiently by getting timely & accurate information.

The current MS Dynamics GP Project is the unique and first of its kind in Pakistan where I with the help of my team implementing the Field Services modules for the first time in Pakistan at Allied Engineering & Services Limited, which is the sole distributor of Caterpillar products in Pakistan & Afghanistan.
