Currently, I am Team lead of BO for operation and Project implementation
I worked in SNFN (Mobily/Etisalat) as Level-2 support engineer, key responsibilities were:
o Network Design, implementation and troubleshooting of CISCO Technologies (ONS 15454 & 15600).
o Point of escalation for major & critical network issues.
o High network availability of services complying strict SLA/KPI policies.
o Extensive support to integration team to design new and modification of existing services on customer
request.
o Execution of MDT /TCN for troubleshooting the critical issues with Cisco Business Unit.
SNFN 100G upgrade project (CISCO technologies)
o Deeply involve in testing, designing and commissioning of 100G network.
o Extensive support to Cisco during the S/W & H/W upgrade for 100G readiness.
o Executive feedbacks to high management for network upgrade progress.
o Conducting Knowledge transfer sessions to client for 100G high tech equipment’s (WXCs, Low power

o Support the architecture teams with the planning and design of PTN and DWDM presales stage.

o Network Optimization based on analysis of key Performance Parameters of SDH/PDH interfaces and

Project Engineer
o Configuration of different services (E1/E3/FE/GE/STM-N). Operations and maintenance of Core Transmission Network that comprises of ZTE SDH series (ZXMP S385, ZXMP S380/390, ZXMP S330/320, ZXMP S200) and DWDM series (ZXWM M900, ZXMP M800, ZXCTN6000 series. OTN M721).
o Alarm Monitoring of PTCL SDH/DWDM Transmission network using ZTE management system (ZXONM E300).
o Testing and Configuration of Ethernet bandwidth for DSLAM using FE or GE interface.
o Site surveying and planning for equipment installation at proposed sites.
o Installation, Commissioning, Configuration & Testing, Routine Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Up
gradation & Expansion of SDH and DWDM Equipment.
o Team leader responsible for conducting Provisional Acceptance Tests, which also include BER testing, jitter
tests, E1 Interface testing and optical power debugging.
o General Maintenance, Cutover Over Planning And Executing Cutover Plans For Different PTCL Projects Project completed:
o Telenor Pakistan Vega project:
Team Project Lead: Leading the execution and rollout of nationwide deployment of Transport Network (PTN, IP MPLS, and DWDM) for Telenor Pakistan. The project covers Metro-wise swap from existing SDH to PTN and deploying new Metro and Long haul network.
o True Move BFKT (3G) project in Thailand.
Responsibilities included complete Installation, commissioning, Service definition on EMS, Cut-over, Scripting, Planning and testing of the PTN network. In addition, also supported with the DWDM part of the project including designing, Fiber connectivity and acceptance.
