-To check machines, ovens and conveyors on daily basis,
-Perform preventive maintenance on machine which are not in use for present day,
-check all printers, set dates, ink and solvent status & consumption and prepare weekly report for the same.
-perform weekly preventive maintenance on check weighers, xray machines and metal detectors
-troubleshoot and repair machines online and offline.
-As we are in foods division, have to maintain cleanliness and hygiene, keept machines clean from oil and grease / any foreign contamination which can be caused by maintenance works.
keep the machines in working state maintaining the electrical and Mechanical parts. Monitoring the status of the machine. Providing Progress/Status report to the seniors Co ordination with maintenance and project team. Troubleshoot the Equipment/Plant within specified time. Compete preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance. analyse and discuss ideas how to reduce expenses which comes under maintenance.
