Study the readiness for the ERP implementation (Official report to the top Management). Define the implementation prerequisites in terms of infrastructure, human resources, and policies. Handle the Technical Activities for supporting our client's existing ERP implementations. Including HCM, Payroll, Financials, Trade & Logistics. Provide solutions against the reported issues (Bugs, unexpected system behavior, user related issues, etc.). Building new modules, reports, processes, and manage the deployment of the new changes and Hot Fixes with coordination between the team and the client.
Responsible for the Analysis Phase (Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis, Scope of Work). Responsible for the Design phase (Design Document with all the required diagrams. All levels of Support and Training on production for different clients. Responsible for Building the different modules within the offered solutions, including System Administration, Authentication, Integration, Report builder, Workflow, and Smart Devices Build service components to transfer data between the handheld machines and the Backend. Play the role of project manager, and for different consultation projects.
