Responsible and accountable for developing for the development of the operations of the business, including and not limited to corporate and retail business strategies, business development, managing customer service operations, forming and developing quality Assurance and control operations. Moreover, setting the company policies and procedures to smooth the operations by integrating automation systems. In addition, working closely with marketing department to establish and implement marketing strategies of the organization operations.
