As the Marketing and Sales Manager I’m reporting to the Group Chairman, CEO and GM.
- Responsible for brand marketing and sales for leading Louzan ladieswear and menswear wear brands, Cavallo Men’s footwear and Barbara Milano Ladies luxury land bags.
- Planning and oversee the development, budgeting and execution of integrated marketing communication initiatives to targeted consumers in the most cost effective way.
- Develop, drive & execute strategic plans, processes and capabilities by involving marketing & sales functions in developing annual strategic business plan, execution and provide feedback based on measurable results.
- Retail Cycle management from the strategic planning, site selection, store development to operations management.
- Managing team of overall 100+ staff including Retail Operations Manager, 4 Area Managers, Store Managers, Sales force, Assistant Marketing Manager, Customer Service Executive and Creative Team.
- Initiated strategic brand direction and developing Marketing and Sales Manual with a set of guidelines and SOPs for Brand Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Retail Operations and CRM.
- Planning and organizing fashion photo-shoots that is useful in developing brand equity.

Accomplishments
-On-ground implementation of GulAhmed Fashion Awards 2011; the first ever fashion awards in Pakistan. Lead Media Planning for the event to be telecast on TV that sought out an astounding viewership of 40Mn+.
-Appointed Advertising, Media and PR Agencies &designed Marketing and Strategic Advertising objectives.
-Achieved outstanding record online/export sales in a very short span of time. From PKR 6Mn per annum to PKR 75.5Mn per month with in a couple of years.
-Initiated successfully marketing audit &designed SOPs.
-Identified various strong business buyers worldwide for Gul Ahmed products.
-Initiated, designed SOPs and flourished GulAhmed digital marketing, social network web pages i.e. Face book: Developed Gul Ahmed Fashion facebook page with 270, 000 fans sole handedly.
As Consultant Marketing I reported to Chairman and VP Marketing.

-Advertising (Strategy/creative brief development, copy evaluation, artwork & media planning).
-Liaising with advertising agency and print agencies for the production of Brochures, Flyers, leaflets, posters, signage etc.
-Marketing research. Market analysis, competition watch, competitive issues, competing products and current automobile trends.
-Public relations; direct and evaluate communication strategies and information programs, publicize activities & events, and maintain media relations.
-Business networking with offshore GM/Chevrolet offices and local dealers.

-Successfully Designed and Implemented electronic, print and outdoor launch of Chevrolet Spark.
-Planned, organized and executed the Chevrolet Motoroma campaign in 9 leading cities of Pakistan.
-Developed CRM and CSM standards and guidelines which were acknowledged by GM Asia Pacific and added in GM Asset Central.
-Established internal creative department and saved significant amount efficiently.
-Developed new Chevrolet Pakistan website acknowledged by GM-North America.
-Established Global GM and Chevrolet standards in Pakistan.

I did two year MPA (Masters in Public Administration). The degree is absolutely equivalent to MBA. I did dual specialization in Marketing and HR but my area of interest is Marketing.
I did one year diploma in Information Technology from prestigious NCR Education Center. I studies C/C++, Visual Basic 6, JAVA, Oracle, MS Office and other.
I did Intermediate in Commerce (I.Com).
