1. Human Resource Role:

• Recruitment and staffing: Managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and ensuring the right talent is brought on board.
• Employee relations: Handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Training and development: Identifying training needs, organizing workshops, and facilitating employee growth.
• Compensation and benefits: Administering employee compensation, benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Performance management: Implementing performance evaluation systems and providing feedback to employees.
• Policy development: Establishing HR policies and ensuring adherence to company guidelines and legal requirements.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and industry standards.
• HR Administration: Managing employee records, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
• Employee engagement: Fostering employee satisfaction, loyalty, and productivity.
• Strategic planning: Collaborating with senior management to align HR strategies with overall organizational goals.

2. Administration Role:

• Oversee and manage all administrative operations within the organization. Supervise and lead administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain office facilities and ensure they are well-equipped and functional.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
• Address any administrative issues and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Liaison with external vendors and service providers.
• Support strategic planning and decision-making by providing administrative insights and data.

3. Industrial Relation Role:

• Representing the organization in discussions with government departments.
• Developing and implementing strategies to maintain positive labor relations and prevent conflicts.
• Make liaison with departments like Wapda, Wasa, Police, EOBI, Social Security, Civil Defense, Traffic Police, Rescue 1122, Environment Department etc. for smooth running of industry operations.

Main Achievements
1- Successfully Developed and implemented “HRIS-Wages & Payroll System” in coordination with Para-Tech team.
2- Successfully Developed and implemented “Transport Information System”.
3- Formulates all the policies and developed the HR Manual in facilitation with Director’s vision.
4- Successfully established Training and Learning center in Master Sanitary Fittings, where training and workshops organized for blue and white collars staff.

4. Approval, Installation and energization of 4.5 MW Feeder at Master Industrial Complex sadoki, where deals with department like NHA, Forest and Gepco for completion of project.
5. For 20 MW Grid Station successfully organized Public Hearing for environmental NOC and get approved site inspection for Gepco.
6. Performed Chief Organizer at Pakfest 2022-2023 Bisma Akbar by Master, Where Bohemia (Pakistani-American rapper) performed in front of huge crowd at Khayaban E Ameen Lahore.

I started my career from K&Ns Foods, i was hired in HR/Admin department and my responsibilities start from hiring labor, attendance management, wages preparation, performance appraisal and most importantly automate the manual systems.

Look after all the matters of canteen, laundry, gardening, housing colonies, transportation compound and reported to manager Admin/HR on daily basis. Administrative arrangements for all events/visits/Visitors (including foreigner) to the plant. Agreements execution with suppliers /services providers. Prepare & Manage ISO 9001-2008 documentation for Admin/ HR Department.
