1. Human Resource Role:

• Recruitment and staffing: Managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and ensuring the right talent is brought on board.

2. Administration Role:

3. Industrial Relation Role:

• Make liaison with departments like Wapda, Wasa, Police, EOBI, Social Security, Civil Defense, Traffic Police, Rescue 1122, Environment Department etc. for smooth running of industry operations.

Main Achievements
1- Successfully Developed and implemented “HRIS-Wages & Payroll System” in coordination with Para-Tech team.
2- Successfully Developed and implemented “Transport Information System”.
3- Formulates all the policies and developed the HR Manual in facilitation with Director’s vision.
4- Successfully established Training and Learning center in Master Sanitary Fittings, where training and workshops organized for blue and white collars staff.

4. Approval, Installation and energization of 4.5 MW Feeder at Master Industrial Complex sadoki, where deals with department like NHA, Forest and Gepco for completion of project.
5. For 20 MW Grid Station successfully organized Public Hearing for environmental NOC and get approved site inspection for Gepco.
6. Performed Chief Organizer at Pakfest 2022-2023 Bisma Akbar by Master, Where Bohemia (Pakistani-American rapper) performed in front of huge crowd at Khayaban E Ameen Lahore.
