• Oversee long term planning and related initiatives, including maintenance comprehensive plan,
• Coordinate the review process with all trades,
• Setting goals, developing strategies, and outlining tasks and schedules to accomplish the goals,
• Preparing the Equipment list, maintenance plan and task list operations in order to upload them to SAP (Systems Applications and Products),
• Verification and modification of the SAP data after uploading it,
• Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually statistical reports,
• Supervise junior planners within organization,
• Using SAP (PM module),
• Plan and coordinate major maintenance,
• Develop and continually review preventative maintenance schedules including labor requirements,
• Dealing with day-to-day reactive tickets,
• Maintaining the material plan and resources plan,
• Implementation of PM and RM process,
• Assign task leaders,
• Lead continues improvement process,
• Help resolve issues and conflict,
• Support the project manager,
• Interface with the project manager to be sure all the work is done as planned.
Manage crews of skilled and unskilled workers at construction site,
Plan & schedule the work,
Keep records of the materials used and the progress made on a job,
Report on such things as personnel, deficiencies, costs and safety to the maintenance manager,
Advising qualified craft workers on the best way to handle certain tasks,
Cooperate with subcontractors to finish incomplete work properly and on time,
Conduct meetings between SAUDIOGER & KAUST management,
Prepare analysis reports,
Make requests of materials and tools for repair needs.
Technical support for the LABs inside KAUST, my duties are: Provide client support and technical issue resolution. Prepare the preventive maintenance schedule and the spare parts list in collaboration with all trades.
I conducted Quality Management training for LAB coordinators and building supervisors contain: 5S, PDCA, Self brainstorming, Fishbone, Poka Yoke, Lead time, Delphi, Histogram, Risk assessment, Pareto, Gantt, retro-commissioning, Check sheet and Ergonomy, Time management.
Writing policies and procedures for maintenance and repair services.
Key Performance Indicators: Preparing the KPI’s for maintenance and repair services.
Subject Work: Study Implementation and Optimization of production flux.
Project Description: Study and Implementation of a new geometric control for parts and Optimization Flow of the production parts’ line.
