• To ensure the desired product availability in the market.
• To ensure that the distributors/ retailers maintain adequate stocks of company products and merchandise as per norms.
• To ensure the availability of required manpower at distributor point as per plan and monitor their conduct/ behaviour.

• Responsible for revenue and market share maximization of Value Added Services (VAS) products by working with client “BSNL” for Rajasthan telecom circle. Taking care of the sales & marketing operations with focus on achieving sales growth. Identifying new streams for revenue growth & developing plans to build consumer preference.
• Devising ATL and BTL promotional initiatives with clients and in house media to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitor’s activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
• Coordinating with internal departments like Service Delivery, Engineering, Operations for a smooth and better service flow.
• Maintaining, updating and sharing the daily business & MIS reports with Sr. Managers of vertical to monitor and analyse revenue trends.
• Handling and maintaining all the servers installed at the client site in order to ensure maximum uptime of servers.
• Responsible for tracking payment file on a regular basis in order to ensure timely release of payments from client (BSNL - Raj).
• Coordinating and Meeting with CGM, GM, AGM, DGM level officials on a regular basis in order to ensure smooth and healthy client relationship and to provide them with required information against their doubts and queries.
• Handling and resolving all the issues, customer queries/complaints arising in Rajasthan circle on a daily basis without fail.
