Provide the full suite of customer service offerings(including bookings, enquiries, supply request) to key accounts customers in addition to customised contracted services.
Prepare written correspondence to customers when required to furnish information requested by customers or dealing in dealing with complaint resolution
Proactively inform customers on shipment delays and potential service failures
Make joint visits to key accounts customers with sales staff and when necessary to solicit feedback to improve the service provided to the customers.
Work with gateway, operations and the DHL Network to achieve promised transit times, service level and other contracted service requirements for Key Accounts customers
Actively handle customer billing enquiries by directing it to relevant finance team to ensure satisfactory resolution
Daily/Weekly/Monthly and Quarterly reports as required by customers and management
Lead and drive customer satisfaction by providing best in class standards with a view towards establishing and maintaining a competitive advantage
Identify and promote areas with potential for revenue generation to cross-sell, up sell devices included value added services.

Monitoring and reporting all Middle East and Intercontinental Air Operations.
To analyse uplift requirements during the operation and change Aircraft/Truck allocations where considered required to ensure a timely and cost effective service.
