• Managing project & day to day support & new enhancement.

for different Global customers in implementation/Upgrade/roll-outs of Oracle Applications.
•Played Key role in Requirement/Enhancement Requests, Identifying the Custom components and making plan and design and development, Close the Gaps that may arise through Workarounds
•Involved in creation & review of technical & Functional documents, Involved in Requirement Gathering, analyze Business validation, effort estimations, assigning work to team, involved in appraisal process.
•Managed team size from 5 to 50 members.
•Awarded numerous awards & appreciations for the work done in the project.
Involved in development, fixing (Technical/Functional issues) and Enhancement custom inbound/outbound program, XML Reports, 6i Reports.
•Involved in period close activities, involved in user interactions, conference calls, meetings for providing resolution & technical analysis of new enhancements and bug fixes
