DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the strategic optimization and
commercial development of a large property portfolio. Focus
on the expansion of both the local and international portfolio.
• Setting out the asset investment strategy and establishing
strategic relationships and partnerships that drive value.
Providing investment acquisitions advice, driving project &
change management activities, across pre and post-acquisition.
• Provided high quality analysis and advice, which utilizes
business analytics and translating information into
tactical strategies.
• Spearheading local and international due diligence
investment programs and providing insight across
investment valuation analyses and property acquisition.
• Safeguarding the integrity of the annual financial
reporting outputs, via continuously challenging and monitoring
the monthly management reporting packs.
• Project managing multiple renovation of hotel, F&B and golfing
fit outs. Negotiating and selecting franchise agreements,
contracts and ensuring all SLAs are adhered to.
• Part of the senior management team and providing
monthly management reports that outline the
portfolio’s performance and project updates.
