Responded to requests for technical assistance in person via phone and remotely for the following technologies: Windows OS based endpoints (Laptops Desktops & Thin Clients) Tablets & Smartphones (IOS & Android) and Microsoft Office • Run the required updates for the system and HW if required. • Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving system hardware, software, and networking issues. • Respond to assigned tickets as per the priority to VVIP users. • Report all related HW issues to concerned team for maintenance & replace parts as required. • Effectively translate client needs/problems into solutions or internal support plans of action • Manage difficult client situations and escalate appropriately. • Installing OS with RAID Configuration and white list application approved by KM using PXE. • Resolve DNS and DHCP issues in client machines. • Supporting KIOSK machines. • Responsible for managing backups for user machines. • Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops • Install authorized software to laptops and desktops • Completing internal user moves including phones as per the policy. • Install and maintain MS Outlook including archiving mailboxes. • Escalate IT issues to the IT Manager where necessary. • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution. • Performs other duties as assigned.
