• Preparation of weekly and monthly progress report highlighting the areas of concern.
• Prepare & track Look A Head Schedules
• To study contract documents, determine scope and set-up contract deliverables.
• Preparing weekly & monthly reports to evaluate works done on site.
• Prepare, monitor, and report on schedules progress, and implementing corrective actions.
• Review of major milestones in the projects within the program.
• Prepare resources estimation in project.
• Periodic Update of the program in coordination of all project team
* Experience of cost planning, pre and post contract project responsibilities.
* Co-ordinates with Site and Planning team, and reviews the progress of activities
and quantities.
* Coordinates closely with Construction Manager, Site Engineers, Commercial and Planning staff (on project sites and at Head Office) throughout all
phases of the project execution.
