Looking after Alternate delivery channels in the Branch
1. Recruiting financial advisors and building a team for sale of insurance policies.
2. Achieve new business sales target on monthly basis both on team as well as individual basis.
3. Actively manage and forecast sales and set sales target for individual and the whole team
4. Build referral and lead generation networks
5. Recuritment of sales advisor to my sales team by cold calling and personal interview.
