I worked at Cloudypedia, Google premium partner in EMEA region for 2 years. Cloudypedia is a trading/services industry specialized company. Cloudypedia aimed for providing services and products to build a more enjoyable work filed environment for organizations and educational systems. I started as a junior change management specialist for 10 months. Through which I was responsible of the following aspects:
1. Google Apps Educational projects in universities, schools, and other educational institutions "National and private".
2. Training and counseling the project team members and champions.
3. Following up through the project different phases as to insure the best outcome.
and then afterwards i was promoted to be a senior account manager and business development specialist for organizations. I was responsible of the following tasks:
1. Presenting business development time plan and proposals.
2. Counseling the clients with business development solutions.
3. Providing training and support to the client
4. Handling internal projects and monitoring the performance.
I had an 8 months internship at Vodafone UK account as a customer care agent. I handled daily calls with clients insuring the client's concerns are covered.
My job duties were as follows;

3. Customer Satisfaction
I attended Arab Academy of Science, Technology, and maritime transport fro 4 years from SEP 2008 till JUL 2012. I had my Graduation project thesis and graduation ceremony in SEP 2012. I was in faculty of business administration, majoring MIS" Management of information system". I graduated the 3rd on my Class and Major, Excellent with honors with 3.7/4 GPA.
I attended my Primary- preparatory- secondary years at Future educational system. I graduated 2008 with Thanwaya amma degree, Majoring Science with 84.3%
