• Respond to refugee’s calls through advertisements that have been published by Oxfam for employment for Syrian refugees in Zaatari camp and help them fill out their applications in the event that applications are not registered.
• Explain all the conditions related to the job and what its nature is.
• Respond to complaints and inquiries about Syrian refugees to work on finding appropriate solutions.
• Ensure that all laborers receive their wages / monthly salaries on time.
• Follow up on laborers’ time keeping; check their ID cards and authorization documents.
• Supporting CFW team by registering new joiners on GIZ system and updating their attendance.
• Supporting staff in analyzing the data collected based on specific criteria.
• Verify the data for the Syrian refugees who have been selected to work for shovel workers and street little picker provide them with cards with numbers of their roles, explain to them what is required of them to do and the expectable slandered of performance .
• Administer monthly payroll to Syrian refugees.
• Check individual refugees’ monthly instilment vs. approved name and Id (case number + individual number) roster of Syrian refugees.
